Greetings!
My name is Nikki (Nash) Bailey. I grew up here in Lookout Valley, and I am blessed to be back as Principal here.

I began my teaching career at the Nazarene Daycare, also here in Lookout Valley.
I graduated with my undergraduate degree from UTC in 2006. I taught PreK at Fairyland Elementary School for a year before being blessed with a Kindergarten position at Lookout Valley Elementary. While at LVE ,as a teacher, I taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, was a reading interventionist, and served as a direct Literacy Coach for both LVE and Calvin Donaldson Elementary School. In 2009, I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. I then was blessed with the opportunity to serve at East Lake Elementary, as their Assistant Principal, from 2012-2016. In 2016, I was named Principal of Rivermont Elementary School. Finally, in 2018, I returned home to LVE to serve as Principal.
I love teaching, learning, and the people I serve. I love the small size of LVE and that we are truly a community school.
